Department: Prowers Medical Center Clinic Rural Health Clinic (RHC) Schedule: Physician will practice medicine as a Physician of the Hospital at dates and times reasonably set by the Hospital and mutually agreed to by Physician and Hospital. Physician’s full-time practice will include, but not be limited to, thirty-two (32) hours per week of clinical time. Physician will participate in the Hospital Call Schedule for Primary Care as reasonably determined by the Clinic Practice Manager.
Shift: Day shift primarily in RHC as well as Hospital Hours: Varies with workload and Clinic assignments Days: Monday through Friday
Call Schedule: Primary Care Providers (physicians and APPs) rotate responsibility with Hospitalist. Hospitalist currently works seven (7) days on – starting on Friday/ending on Thursday; then has seven (7) days off. Please consider that the Hospitalist provides the coverage every other week. Physician will participate in the Hospital call schedule which currently is one week of call per six (6) calendar weeks.

Family Practice Position Analysis Productivity: Physician is expected to work at a level consistent with the Medical Group Management Association (MGMA) median standards for Family Practice physicians. May be eligible to participate in any provider incentive plans which may change from year to year. 2020-21 Incentive Plan: $35/wRVU for wRVUs in excess of 5,000 annually Quality Bonus of $3/wRVU
