Responsible for establishing Resilience thresholds for Technology Infrastructure and create processes for effective resiliency monitoring and reporting for Critical Technology Infrastructure (CTI). Consult with the CTI leaders to understand the current state, resiliency gaps and agree on optimal performance parameters for CTI. Partners with infrastructure leaders to outline risk tolerance capabilities, establishes Key Performance Indicators and outline objective representation of the infrastructure resilience landscape. Develop Resiliency monitoring capability into Proactive Resilience and Reactive Response and incorporates escalation methodologies for timely resolutions of resiliency deviations. Provide Subject Matter Expertise on Technology Resilience domain to analytically represent the resiliency capabilities of the Firm. Partner in developing reporting to monitor and track ongoing data quality levels. May provide support to regulatory analysis and reporting requirements.
5+ years of technology experience
Experience managing medium technology development efforts within a major line of business
Ability to influence across all organizational levels, particularly senior management
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Other Desired Qualifications
Experience Financial Industry with specific focus on Technology / Operational Risk areas including Business / Technology Resiliency
Familiarity to Technology Infrastructure domain monitoring and operations
Knowledge of Technology Operations performance monitoring tools and processes
5+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: Technology Risk Management, Resiliency, Operational Risk, Analytics, Technology Program Management, demonstrated through work or military experience
