As the Manager, Global Ambassador Training you will partner with the Sr. Director of Global Ambassador Training to develop and execute strategic training plans for the Global Ambassador Community that align with corporate KPIs and business goals in the areas of recruiting, retention, product sales, and rank advancement. The Manager, Global Ambassador Training should possess an energetic and charismatic personality combined with an excellent blend of; sales expertise, Network Marketing knowledge, Instructional Design, Facilitation, Training, Coaching, Gap Analysis, Problem Solving, Analytical, and Leadership skills. This position will mentor a small team that focuses on delivering best in class training for all levels of the Ambassador community. The Global Ambassador Training team will interface with our: Ambassador Focus Groups and Jewel Leaders as well as internal Customer Experience, Data Analytics, Ambassador Relations Center, Communications, Events, and Marketing Departments to consistently provide training, tools, and programs that support field growth. Job Duties: - Responsible for managing all aspects of planning and implementation of strategic Global Ambassador Training and Development. This includes supporting the content development and delivery of the entire Plexus Training System for all Ambassador ranks.
- Develop and implement Rank Advancement Schools as part of the Training System.
- Create a roadmap for Ambassador training library topics.
- Provide day-to-day management, leadership, empowerment and mentoring of direct reports on the Ambassador Training team.
- Assist with training content and design as needed.
- Undertake additional sales training, training tools, and training projects as needed.
- Represent the Global Training Team in project meetings ensuring the deliverables are on time and done well.
- Assist the Director of Global Event Training in the delivery of training topics by event.
- Collaborate with the International General Managers, International Marketing Specialists, and the International Marketing Managers to ensure training and systems alignment.
- Conduct training evaluations through surveys, informal conversations and collaboration making recommendations for modifications that will return a better result.
- Collaborate with Field Development team to gain insights and knowledge regarding field issues and needs and create training strategies and tools as needed.
- Expertise in authoring, instructional design, webinar, and video editing tools required as well as a high-level understanding of technology and its use in adult learning scenarios.
