The Oregon National Primate Research Center (ONPRC) is located12 miles westof the OHSU main campus, and sits on 162 acres of land featuring forested areas, research and administration buildings, indoor and outdoor animal housing, a pond, and 2-mile perimeter walking path. Our mission is to improve human health and the quality of life through the support of nonhuman primate research programs that advance our knowledge of the causes, preventions, treatments, and cures of debilitating diseases. We are seeking a highly motivated individual with a background in a neuroscience who is interested in working on analysis collected to reveal the cortical underpinnings of sensory perception. Duties will include analysis of intrinsic optical imaging, neurophysiological, or MRI data. Preferred candidate will have a bachelors degree psychology or neuroscience. Familiarity in the analysis of intrinsic optical imaging data and with matlab, and/or python is a plus.
