THIS IS NOT AN H1- B OPPORTUNITY Responsibilities Guest Relations provides a wide range of services to ensure a welcoming, positive, and helpful environment for patients, family members, and guests. The Guest Relations Associate deliver a high level of customer service, creating an exceptional professional and positive first impression. Associates set the tone for and serve as an information resource by answering questions, providing accurate up-lo-dale Information and giving directions lo areas within the hospital and outlying medical facilities. Special Requirements Must maintain a clean, well groomed, and professional appearance. Must be willing to work flexible shifts including occasional weekends, holidays and overtime as assigned.
