Responsibilities Guest Relations provides a wide range of services to ensure a welcoming, positive, and helpful environment for patients, family members, and guests. The Guest Relations Associate deliver a high level of customer service, creating an exceptional professional and positive first impression. Associates set the tone for and serve as an information resource by answering questions, providing accurate up-lo-dale Information and giving directions lo areas within the hospital and outlying medical facilities. Requires a concierge level customer service attitude.
High school diploma/GED
Possess skills, knowledge and ability essential to the successful performance of assigned duties
Ability to make quick and sound decisions based on Individual situations in order to meet customer needs
Experience responding to the emotional, distraught and/or difficult behavior of guests
Ability to maintain a work pace appropriate lo the workload
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Previous concierge level customer service experience
Prior experience working in a customer service position
Knowledge of medical terminology
Special Requirements Must maintain a clean, well groomed, and professional appearance. Must be willing to work flexible shifts including occasional weekends, holidays and overtime as assigned. This position may be subject to a criminal background investigation, drug screen, Live Scan fingerprinting, medical evaluation clearance, and functional capacity assessment.
