Gastroenterologist – Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD)

The Division of Gastroenterology and Hepatology at Mayo Clinic in Arizona is seeking a Board Certified Gastroenterologist with expertise in caring for patients with Inflammatory Bowel Diseases.  The selected candidate will join a collegial team of dedicated and talented physicians and staff thriving in a dynamic clinical academic practice with cutting-edge technology.   Preference will be given to those experienced in IBD care with expertise in clinical trials, epidemiology, and/or outcomes research.  Educational expertise is desired to work with learners from students through advanced fellows. Leadership opportunities will be available in clinical practice, research and education, based on interest and experience of the selected candidate.
 
The Mayo Clinic IBD Center is staffed by gastroenterologists, colorectal surgeons, nurse practitioners, nurses, medical assistants, dieticians and pharmacy who treat our patients in a highly collaborative, team-based practice. 
 
We offer state-of-the-art Endoscopy Units and a Motility Laboratory with facilities and support for clinical or laboratory-based research.  Physicians are designated an appointment to the Mayo Clinic College of Medicine with Academic Rank that commensurate with experience.
