DCM Data Center Service Senior Analyst

The DCM Data Center Service Function will be of a strategic team focused on supporting DCM solutions for a broad portfolio of LOB products, developing comprehensive Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) views of colocation and datacenter strategies, while developing critical, long term road maps for data center services. The end-to-end ownership of service management, and a local/regional/global financial approach that encompasses premises and technology P&Ls, to drive maximum efficiency and value. 

You will be part of the team responsible for providing a comprehensive view of datacenter service management initiatives and TCO alignment of data center strategies/engineering/operations cross organizationally with CTO and CIO's for application and cloud strategies. 

As the DCM Data Center Service Senior Analyst you will be specifically responsible for:

• Driving the overall P&L and fully transparent TCO evaluation supporting LOB strategy/engineering/operations programs.
• Vendor oversight and SLA development, measurement and communication for internal and external hosting solutions.
• Direct management of DC services contracts and 3 rd party spend, i.e. premises, smarthands, etc.
• Expertise for developing strategies around long term commercial transactions supporting colocation / edge strategies.
• Development and evaluation of strategic comprehensive business case option analysis;
• Principally supporting the development of overall strategic data center roadmaps and alignment with Core Engineering/ TI/ and LOB strategies.

• 5+ years of business systems analysis or design experience as demonstrated through work, military, or education
• 3+ years of technology vendor management experience including hardware, software or professional services
• 3+ years of financial analysis experience
• 3+ years of Microsoft office suite experience such as PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and Word
• 3+ years of Microsoft Excel experience

• Knowledge and understanding of operation work flows/processes
• Knowledge and understanding of governance and compliance expected from providing solutions in systems and technology domains
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Outstanding problem solving and decision making skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• 3+ years of experience supporting technology in a regulated environment

• Specific 3rd party data center hosting management experience
• TCO modeling and analysis of technology hosting environments.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to complete tasks according to established scope and time lines.
• Ability to effectively prioritize tasks as required.

• Ability to work outside of regular business hours
• Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
