Account Resolution Specialist 3 – Auto' Skip Tracing Team
The SKIP team is responsible for reviewing and adjusting collection portfolios, which require special handling or analysis to reduce delinquent/problem loans within framework of company or investor guidelines. Functions may include: spreading financial statements; analyzing credit/account information; monitoring adherence to terms of agreement; corresponding with customers; skip tracing; handling workout and restructuring of problem loans; Maintains good customer relations with borrowers and effectively solves problems in an effort to resolve account delinquency and prevent losses. Other duties as assigned.
Work Hours/Schedule: Must be flexible to work any schedule during hours of operation. Current department hours are: Mon-Fri 7:00am to 4:00pm Hours/Days may change due to business needs.

3+ years of experience (including 1+ years of collections experience) in one or a combination of the following: collections, customer contact, customer service, or sales environment demonstrated through work or military experience
Ability to navigate multiple computer system windows, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Good analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
Knowledge and understanding of skip tracing
Customer service focus with the ability to listen to customer needs and recommend solutions
Ability to manage to production goals, deadlines, and various metrics
Ability to negotiate, influence, and collaborate to build successful relationships
Ability to work effectively in structured but flexible, adaptable and changing, call center environment
Knowledge and understanding of auto loan collections
