 University of California Los Angeles Requisition Number: 33152 Salary: 20.55-40.70 Position Description: The incumbent would join the UCLA Physical Sciences Division Electronics Shop. Under close supervision of a Principle Development Engineer, he or she will design, produce, and test analog and digital electronics systems and printed circuit boards. The incumbent will meet with UCLA researchers to achieve optimal electronics designs. He or she will test and analyze electronics designed and built in the shop. The incumbent should preferably have experience with computer-aided electronics design, soldering, oscilloscopes and other test equipment. He or she will assist the principle engineer in maintaining shop electronics equipment and ordering parts.
