What you will do in this role:
Assists the quality initiative by developing, coordinating, and supporting the quality activities of data collection and analysis and regulatory compliance.
Maintains data integrity, supports quality initiatives through database maintenance and development.
May include concurrent review.
What qualifications you will need:
Bachelor’s degree preferred. May substitute work experience for degree. Business, healthcare related.
Medical records, data analysis, business processes, facilitation experience, and oral presentation skills.
Some medical knowledge helpful.
Ability to deal with politically charged situations.
Negotiation and oral communication skills.
Statistical process control basics, computer literate and quality management concepts.
