JOB PURPOSE: Reporting to the Director of Library & Archives, the Assistant Director will develop and maintain the core services of the library and archives; lead the creation of new services. Provide oversight and strategic direction for the administrative and operations-related functions for the library and archives' overall success. Manage staff and/or managerial staff to achieve goals and objectives.
