This role will focus on our Primary Care services here in the Front Range, CO market.

Your day.

As an Executive Director Medical Group Operations you need to know how to:

• Direct and oversee all operational and financial performance of the practices. Manage and support all expansion activities, including the opening of all primary care facilities. Understand and respond to competitive threats in the market.
• Oversee and hold accountability for problem solving to address service, quality, financial, network integrity, and turnover performance.  Translate senior leadership objectives into actionable programs for your front line teams.
• Prepare proposals and business cases that deliver on strategic imperatives. Engage in the definition and execution of pilot initiatives.
• Provide management for practice administrators and physicians including hiring, onboarding, training, development, and performance management. Present at system wide meetings and committees. Responsible for associate engagement and patient satisfaction outcomes. Collaborate with HR concerning employee issues and performance. 
• Ensure and maintain environment to comply with regulatory, licensure, compliance and accreditation requirements.  Ensure compliance with departmental policies and procedures, objectives, quality assurance program, safety, environmental and infection control standards.  Identify and drive quality and performance improvement initiatives. 

Your experience.

• Master’s degree in healthcare or related field is required.
• Minimum of ten (10) years of practice management or practice administrator experience is required, including a minimum of five (5) years of supervisor-level experience.
