H&E is currently searching for a full-time staff engineer to join our team. You will have the opportunity to learn from and be mentored by some of the best engineers in our field. You will develop theoretical models of RF conditions near wireless and broadcast facilities using our proprietary software, work with engineers from wireless providers to develop antenna facility designs, conduct field measurements at wireless and broadcast sites, and perform acoustic noise analyses. Additionally, you will interact with clients from a variety of backgrounds, attend community meetings and public hearings as a technical expert, and work on multiple, fast-paced jobs. We are looking for a candidate who is willing to learn and grow within our company and to build on strong foundational skills, with the long-term goal of earning the Professional Engineering license.
