As a Clinic Call Center Specialist you need to know how to:
Answer, direct, and prioritize telephone calls and messages to correct clinic or department.
Triage calls according to priority and urgency, transferring calls as necessary.
Document all conversations, demographics to Electronic Medical Record timely and accurately.
Obtain complete and accurate clinical, demographic and financial information during the scheduling process.
Follow guidelines for special requests/Stat/schedule modification procedures and coordinate communications with clinical areas to accommodate the customersâ™ requests.

High School diploma or equivalent, required
At least one (1) year experience in a medical field, preferred
At least one (1) year experience in a call center or high volume call position, preferred
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, preferred
