If you join our team you would generally work in a focused territory in King County, but you may also be asked at times to change territories or to help cover in areas other than your primary assignment. Although you'll be in the field the majority of your time, our offices are located in Georgetown where we hold trainings, meetings, and other team activities. During Covid we are more frequently holding remote meetings.
Prior Hospice experience is great - but we are most excited about a great nurse with an interest and passion in Hospice! Kline Galland Hospice is a member of Kline Galland's continuum of care; Seattle's Single Sources Senior Care Resource serving Seattle for over 100 years!
We have the following immediate openings for LPN and includes a $5,000 Sign on Bonus:
Full time Monday through Friday (One location)
Full time Sunday through Wednesday
Part time Sunday, Monday and Tuesday
Your key responsibilities will be performing duties such as:
Providing some scheduled and some PRN nursing
providing triage case management after hours
working closely with patients and their caregiving team to maintain regulatory compliance
honoring the patient and family with compassion and care at this pivotal time
Some after hours support
If you desire to join our team you will need:
Current LPN license
Valid driver's license, auto insurance and a dependable vehicle
Prior experience in hospice, oncology, home health experience is great but we are more interested in a great LPN with a passion and interest in Hospice
