Leasing Consultants are responsible for all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, and lease renewals. Our Leasing Consultants interact directly with prospective and current residents to achieve the property's maximum occupancy. This includes generating and handling traffic, qualifying prospects, leasing apartments and preparing lease documentation. Our "SMART Office" technology engages our customers and creates more sales opportunities for our leasing staff.
Lease to qualified prospects by showing available apartments. Greet and qualify prospects, follow up on prospective residents and market the community to prospects via telephone, internet and social media/networking programs.
Timely and accurate processing of all required administrative forms, leases and related information.
Maintain relationships with all apartment locator services and local businesses to provide informational material. Update periodically.
Maintain on-going resident retention program under direction of Community/Leasing Manager. Includes participation in resident activities.
Shop competition regularly.
Maintain professional appearance of office, amenity areas, model apartments and community. Ensure a professional appearance and manner for oneself.

Requirements: We are looking for someone with two or more years sales or related experience, HS/GED required, college a big plus. Weekends required. The ideal candidate will have strong sales skills and exceptional customer service abilities.
