Responsible for facilitating application of process improvement efforts across the campus. Coordinate process improvement analysis and change management adoption activities for projects. This position is focused on the people side of the process as much as re-engineering processes.
Essential Duties:
Process Improvement Application:
Lead process improvement projects focused on incremental improvements and end-to end process re-engineering with cross functional teams who are not direct reports.
Assist with process improvement programs consisting of related projects.
Conduct the application of project design, facilitation of team sessions, mapping processes, conducting process analysis, producing reports with findings, and managing timelines and milestones for the project.
Serve as a coach for campus leaders and project team members on application of process improvement.
Change Management:
Apply change management tools.
Assist with project analysis to develop change management plans for change adoption in processes.
Serve as a coach for campus leaders and project team members on application of change management.
Education Programs:
Assist with the process improvement educational program offered for campus employees.
Develop reference documents for process improvement educational training.
Professional Development:
Participate in networking opportunities.
Other Duties as Assigned.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree.
One to three (1-3) years of experience in a related field, or equivalent experience in a related field.

Bachelor's degree in one of the following areas of business, organizational development, psychology, social work, education, humanities, computer technology/systems, engineering, or related field with equivalent experience in business process improvement methodology.
Certification in Lean, BPNM, CBAP, Six Sigma, or Project Management for process improvement knowledge. Certification in Change Management (i.e., PROSCI)
Four to five (4-5)years of experience in a related field, or equivalent experience in a related field.
Experience working in a higher education environment.
