Cedar Hills Hospital in Portland, OR is currently hiring a Psychiatrist for the facility, an Outpatient Psychiatrist to join our team.

 

The new Physician will cover Outpatient duties on an all-adult program.  A fully staffed support team is ready to assist the new Physician in meeting the unique needs of patients who are experiencing psychiatric and substance abuse problems.

 

Duties of the position will include admission evaluations, Medication management and weekly care of patients. There is no mandatory call, but weekdays and weekend call is available for extra compensation.

 

The compensation structure can be that of an employed physician with salary and benefits or if preferred an independent contractor paid hourly or with reimbursement for patient contacts.

 

Education, Training & Experience (includes licenses or certifications).

• MD/DO degree from an accredited program required
• Board certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry required
• Licensed to practice in the State of Oregon or ability to obtain an OR Medical license.
• Minimum of 4 years of training/practice experience
• Meets all credentialing criteria required by participating physicians
