The Department of Mechanical, Environmental, and Civil Engineering (MECE) at Tarleton State University invites applications for an open rank (Assistant/Associate/Full professor) tenure track position in Mechanical Engineering, with an effective start date of Sept. 1, 2024.We are offering both BS and MS programs in Mechanical Engineering on the Stephenville campus. This position will require teaching courses in both programs as well as general engineering courses offered within the department. Preference will be given to candidates who demonstrate a research/publication track record;Work hours are Mon-Fri; 8 AM-5 PM or as work and teaching requirements indicate. Requires the ability to teach and/or work remotely at the Universityâ™s discretion.
