• engagement of OSU undergraduate students with the NBTS program recruitment; and
• engagement of high school age youth with the annual Indigenous Youth Camp.

Minimum Qualifications (Staff) / Guidelines (Faculty):

Typically requires Bachelor's Degree in field relevant to program focus. May require certification or licensure as appropriate to the position.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's Degree with a field related to the assignment of this position.
• Three (3) years of work experience (paid or volunteer) supporting community programs that serve children, youth or adults.
• Experience engaging Native Americans audiences by applying understanding of cultural traditions and norms.
• Life or work experience demonstrating an understanding of Tribal sovereignty, Tribal history locally/nationally, and self-determination in the Pacific Northwest.
• A commitment to collaborative and respectful learning and working environments that are safe, inclusive, and welcoming.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with ability to communicate successfully with a diverse audience.
• Demonstrated skill to work with diverse audiences.
• General knowledge and ability to use computers, including proficiency with information technology, professional office software and collaborative work platforms.
