Job Summary Hospital Operations Supervisor reporting directly to the Vice President of Operations is responsible for supporting clinical and non-clinical personnel in the implementation of process evaluations, patient experience, quality audits, changes and supports in identifying the best means by which we achieve performance efficiency. Works directly with identified services to identify performance improvement opportunities and lead initiatives as assigned.
