The Division Secretary provides administrative and secretarial support for the Division Chairs and Faculty.
Requirements
This position requires a high school diploma or GED and two (2) years of current related work experience. This position requires experience in preparing and working with budgets, superior organizational and clerical skills with current word processing software knowledge as well as other computer skills. This position requires excellent verbal and written communication skills with a commitment to service. The person in this position must be able to provide continuous courteous customer service to student, staff, and administration. The person in this position must be able to work independently and must be able to meet mutually agreed-upon objectives within a specified time frame. A criminal background check is required.
