10 - 15 inhouse shifts per month
2 - 3 deliveries per day
30% cesarean and 70% vaginal delivery rate
Laborist duties with minimal gynecology cases
Surgical procedure experience required
Charting completed during shift
Potential for VBAC services in future
We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
