Responsible for managing the administrative services of one of the largest, most complex divisions in the Department of Medicine. The DM provides leadership and direction on all administrative, personnel, and fiscal issues of the division in support of its goals and objectives. Decisions are made on administrative or operational matters to ensure achievement of objectives that have an impact on the Department, SOM and UCSF Health. There is strategic engagement with key stakeholders on short- and long-range goals including growth of clinical and research programs.
