Job Description Summary

C&W Services, one of North Americaâ™s largest and most successful integrated Facilities Services Company with over 50 years of facilities outsourcing experience is looking for Facilities Account Manager for a major customer account.
The Account Manager is a position within the line of operations of C&W Services. The incumbent is responsible for managing the day-to-day activities, as well as directly supervising the maintenance operations. Specific responsibilities include scheduling, performance evaluation, inventory control, quality assurance, orientation, training and customer interface.

Job Description

Responsibilities/Tasks/Duties

• Schedule: Monday-Friday (8:00am-5:00pm or 7:00am-4:00pm).
• Pay: $85,000-$100,000.
• Directs the daily activities for maintenance staff.
• Staffs, directs, and develops personnel to ensure that operational activities are carried out efficiently and effectively.
• Implements a safety program in accordance with their respective company policy to educate employees on proper use of equipment, chemicals, and supplies with the goal of reducing liability and worker injury.
• Maintains/monitors work area reports on performance statistics, inventories, problem areas and related information.
• Conducts ongoing quality assurance evaluations/checks of work areas.
• Supervises, motivates, disciplines, and evaluates staff.
• Establishes/maintains job performance standards.
• Ability to create processes, procedures & policies
• Monitors equipment/supply use inventories.
• Participates in ongoing supervisory skill development as well as maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of current technical practices used by C&W Services.
• Performs other duties as required.

Requirements

• 5 years previous experience in management/supervisory role in the maintenance and/or facilities industry.
• Experience with union personnel, contract negotiations and customer interface.
• PC capabilities (excel, word, power point & email) required
• Good interpersonal communications skills and ability to work with other people.
• Requires attention to detail.
• Ability to pass an extensive background check
