A West Texas critical-access hospital is seeking an Internal Medicine physician to provide compassionate and high-quality care to their friendly, close-knit community. Join a growing, well supported, and stable team of 2 other physicians, 4 PA?s and 5 FNP?s. Right in the heart of the Permian Basin, this facility is a short commute from Midland/Odessa.
THE OPPORTUNITY:
$325,000 guaranteed base salary + wRVU incentive bonus. $400k+ proven income potential.
Total recruitment package exceeding $30,000.
4-day workweek with a half-day for administrative work.
NHSC Site, $100,000 in Student Loan Repayment for eligible participants.
Participates in Texas County Retirement District: 250% Match! For every $1.00 dollar you contribute, they will match you with $2.50 dollars!
