Choose either a 4 day or 4.5 day work week
On-call light rotation via phone every 13th week between providers
Expect to see 18-20 patients a day
Base salary plus patient volume incentives
Full benefits including Health, Dental, Vision, STD, LTD, 403b, Malpractice
Receive 29 paid days off annually plus CME time and expenses
Sign-on bonus and paid relocation package
Visa sponsorship including paid legal fees
