A well-supported health system on the Texas Gulf Coast is launching a dedicated inpatient GI service. This role is designed for procedural focus without outpatient panel management or clinic inbox burden.
What You?ll Do:
100% inpatient GI consult service
7 on / 7 off or 14 on / 14 off schedule
12-hour shifts
Average census ~15 patients
General GI procedures required
ERCP optional (not mandatory)
Strong hospitalist and specialty support
Compensation & Benefits:
$746,200 annual compensation structure
Productivity bonus opportunity
