Job Description
The Manager, Convenience Care oversees daily clinical and operational functions of the convenience care/urgent care setting. This role ensures efficient patient flow, regulatory compliance, staff supervision, and delivery of high-quality patient-centered services.

Qualifications
Education & Experience
Graduate of an accredited LVN/LPN program
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Business, or related field
3–5 years of experience managing ambulatory clinical operations in a healthcare setting
Minimum 2 years of urgent care experience
Experience managing a multi-specialty or urgent care clinic preferred
Skills & Competencies
Bilingual Spanish/English strongly preferred
Strong people leadership skills with the ability to motivate, develop, and challenge staff
Demonstrated ability to balance administrative priorities with clinical needs
Experience in process improvement and operational optimization
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, planning, and decision-making skills
Effective, diplomatic written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant healthcare systems/applications
Required Licenses & Certifications
Valid Nevada LVN/LPN license
Basic Life Support (BLS) – American Heart Association
