Responsibilities

- Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries via our support desk, phone, and email - Troubleshoot and resolve client issues by analyzing workflows and system activity - Provide clients with resources, documentation, and guidance for future self-service - Escalate complex issues to engineering and collaborate closely until resolution - Adapt quickly to platform updates, new features, and changing client needs - Contribute feedback to improve processes, procedures, and product features - Assist in onboarding and training new AirBadge users when needed, including badging offices and signatories

• This position is open to candidates based on the West Coast who can work standard California business hours (9:30am – 6pm PST, Monday – Friday).
• Has at least 3 years of experience in airport credentialing at a Part 139 Commercial Service Airport
• Certified Member (C.M.) program or Accredited Airport Executive (A.C.E.) program credential through the American Association of Airport Executives preferred
