Working for the Coquille Indian Tribe has given me the opportunity to see firsthand the impact that a mission-driven organization can have on its community.
Every day, dedicated employees across healthcare, education, natural resources, public safety, administration, culture, and many other departments work together to make a difference in the lives of Tribal members and the communities we serve.
As a recruiter, one of the most rewarding parts of my job is helping connect talented people with meaningful careers where they can contribute to something bigger than themselves. Behind every position we fill is a service, program, or resource that helps support the Tribe's vision for the future.
I am proud to be part of an organization that values community, culture, innovation, and the people who make it all possible.
