Under the direction of the Superintendent, plan, organize, control and direct universal target support for improvement through the operations, activities and services of the Educational Support Services Division including Tier 1and 2 Differentiated Assistance, technical support for the creation and analysis Local Control Accountability Plans, curriculum and instruction, educational technology, Early Childhood Education (ECE), school district support services, community partnerships and professional development; coordinate and direct personnel, resources, communications and information to meet County Office needs and enhance student learning and achievement and educational effectiveness; supervise and evaluate the performance of assigned personnel.

12 month position, 223 work days, Monday through Friday, 8 hours per day, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.

Requirements / Qualifications

• Valid California Administrative Services credential.
• Valid California instructional or services credential.
• Valid California driver’s license.
• Any combination equivalent to: Master’s degree in education or related field and eight years experience working with educational programs and services including five years in an administrative capacity.
