Position description For the 2025-2026 academic year, the School of Education may have a need for temporary, part-time lecturers in its teacher credential and education sciences programs. Classes will be held in person.
Service Period Dates for 2025-2026 Academic Year: Fall Quarter: 9/22/25-12/12/25 Winter Quarter: 1/2/26 - 3/20/26 Spring Quarter: 3/25/26 - 6/12/26
Minimum Qualifications: A master's degree, a record of successful teaching experience, and demonstrated expertise in the content of the course to be taught. Relevant experience may be considered.
Desired Qualifications: A doctoral degree in education or a field related to the course to be taught. Teaching at University level; experienced in digital learning technologies and using Canvas as a learning management system.
Salary: A reasonable estimate for this position is $68,247-$72,404. See the UCOP salary range scale
