The Instructor in Business (a half-time position .5 FTE) will teach a course load equivalent to 10 credits hours in the areas of general business, career readiness, and/or professional development and communication at the undergraduate level over the academic year. This faculty member (instructor rank) will demonstrate expertise in one or more business disciplines with the ability to deliver high-quality and innovative courses in both traditional classroom and online environments. Additionally, the faculty member will play a vital role in advising students, demonstrating a commitment to their academic and professional development. Active involvement in both outreach and extension activities to foster connections with professional organizations and the business community is expected, as well as service and leadership contributions to the department, college, and university.
