Employer Paid Benefits: A range of benefits are offered depending on job classification. These include paid holidays, vacation, sick leave, bereavement, sabbaticals and catastrophic leave programs. Continuing education opportunities, work-life consulting, counseling services, legal resources, retirement plans, and financial planning assistance. The district pays 100% of the premiums for the employee and legal dependents on one of the three medical plans and the dental PPO plan. Employees also receive a $50,000 ...life insurance policy for themselves. Associate Faculty and Part-Time employees are also eligible for benefits with pro-rata premiums.
