The Opportunity
We are seeking a motivated Associate Endodontist to join our growing practice 3-4 days per week. This role is ideal for a clinician who values patient care, efficiency, and working within a supportive, privately owned environment — without the pressure of corporate dentistry.
Whether you are an experienced endodontist or a recent graduate from an accredited residency program, we provide the infrastructure and mentorship needed to thrive.
What You’ll Do
- Perform high-quality root canal therapy, retreatments, apicoectomies, and related procedures
- Diagnose pulpal and periapical pathology using CBCT and digital imaging
- Collaborate closely with referring general dentists
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered care
- Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation
- Contribute to a positive team culture
What We’re Looking For
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
- Completion of an ADA-accredited endodontic residency
- Active or eligible for Colorado dental licensure
- Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication and chairside manner
- Desire to grow with a privately owned specialty practice

Compensation & Benefits
We offer a competitive and transparent compensation package designed for a long-term, stable associate role. Associate will have unlimited earning up to $500k plus.

Schedule
3-4 days per week
Flexible start timeline. Associate will typically work thirty-two to thirty-six (32-36) clinical hours per week plus the hours required for recordkeeping, administration, and practice promotion. Subject to practice needs and growth.
