Pediatric Dentist Associate Opportunity – Flexible Full-Time Track with Immediate Opportunity

We are a high-volume, well-established pediatric dental practice seeking a motivated, patient-focused associate to join our team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a dentist who wants to grow into a full schedule, develop clinically, and work in a supportive, non-corporate environment.

Schedule (Flexible Growth Model):

• Start at 1–2 days per week

• DDS/DMD from an accredited dental school
• Board-certified or board-eligible pediatric dentist
• Oregon dental license (or ability to obtain prior to start date)
• Moderate sedation permit in Oregon or actively working toward obtaining one
• Current BLS and PALS certification (or ability to obtain)
• Comfortable providing:
• Pediatric exams and diagnosis
• Preventive and restorative pediatric dentistry
• Behavior management and parent communication
•  
• Ability to practice independently and confidently within a team-based environment
• Professional, compassionate chairside manner
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to patient safety, quality care, and long-term practice sustainability
