Lead and shape the future of technology at Midstate Electric Cooperative. As IT Manager, you’ll drive strategy, oversee critical systems, and ensure secure, reliable technology that supports our employees and member-owners.
Key Responsibilities
Set and execute IT strategy aligned with organizational goals.
Oversee infrastructure, networks, systems, and enterprise applications.
Provide enterprise software and business analyst support to stakeholders.
Lead cybersecurity efforts, including risk assessments and system protection.
Manage data systems, integrations, and ongoing maintenance.
Build and lead a high-performing, collaborative IT team.
Champion innovation, efficiency, and excellent member service.
Additional Information:
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
5+ years of progressive IT leadership experience
Strong knowledge of networks, systems, cybersecurity, and enterprise tools
Experience with Windows environments, Microsoft Office, databases, and network hardware
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic
