A highly reputable community health center in Washington is seeking a BE/BC Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join their Primary Care team of 15 other physicians across two locations! This role is for a physician with a passion for treating an underserved population and making a lasting difference within their community.

The Role:
- 100% outpatient with no call or weekends required
- 4 or 5 day week option with an average of 16 patients per day
- $300,000 Guaranteed base salary plus additional activity bonuses *Depending on candidate qualifications
- Additional $1,000 per month for perfect attendance
- $20,000 Sign-on bonus and $6,000 relocation assistance
- Student loan repayment options through state and federal levels - HPSA score of 16
- EPIC EMR
