UK Health & Safety Manager Department: Asset Services UK Location: London
Weâ™re looking for an experienced UK Health & Safety Manager to provide expert H&S risk management, compliance and advisory support across our UK Asset Services property portfolio (c.500 assets including office, retail and industrial sites). Reporting to the UK Asset Services H&S Risk Management Lead, youâ™ll deliver monitoring, assurance, audits, risk assessments and incident management, while supporting the growth of our internal and client facing H&S consultancy offering. Youâ™ll work closely with property and facilities teams, service partners, insurers and senior stakeholders to drive compliance, improve performance and embed a positive H&S culture.
Key Responsibilities â¢Â   Monitor H&S risk indicators and drive compliance across the UK portfolio â¢Â   Review, investigate and trend H&S incidents; implement improvement actions â¢Â   Deliver on site audits, risk assessments and H&S consultancy services â¢Â   Support development and continuous improvement of H&S and environmental management systems â¢Â   Provide technical advice to high risk service lines and senior stakeholders â¢Â   Present H&S performance at service line and leadership meetings â¢Â   Implement EMEAEHS strategy requirements across Asset Services UK About You â¢Â   Proven experience in property or facilities management H&S (construction experience desirable) â¢Â   Strong working knowledge of UK H&S legislation and standards â¢Â   IoSH member (CertIOSH preferred) with ongoing CPD â¢Â   Diploma (or equivalent) in Occupational Health & Safety â¢Â   Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills â¢Â   Commercially aware, pragmatic and solutions focused â¢Â   Full UK driving licence
