About the Role:

• Serve as the on-site representative of the architectural design team during construction
• Review and interpret architectural drawings, specifications, and submittals to ensure accurate implementation.
• Conduct regular site inspections to verify quality of architectural finishes (e.g., walls, ceilings, partitions, facades).
• Approve material samples and mock-ups submitted by contractors.
• Identify and document non-conformances, and ensure timely resolution.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and civil teams to resolve design conflicts.Ensure compliance with local building codes, accessibility standards, and fire/life safety regulations.
• Participate in design change reviews, RFIs, and submittal processes.
• Maintain detailed field reports, punch lists, and progress documentation.

About You:

• Bachelorâ™s or Masterâ™s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• Licensed/Registered Architect (RA) preferred.
• Minimum 5â“7 years of experience in architectural oversight of large-scale construction projects, ideally data centers or critical facilities.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, ADA compliance, and architectural detailing.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM tools.
• Familiarity with Tier III/IV data center design standards is a plus.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
