About the Role: â¢Â   Station on site and carry out independent Quality Control Audit daily to all clusterâ™s operation on at least 50% of work done and randomly sampled by ITeFM; The audit shall include both document and site check. â¢Â   Perform QC checks on Cleaning and Horti services for respective clusters/camps, and report defects to SP supervisor & TOs to follow up. â¢Â   Prepare and submit Audit Report to QA auditors, FOM, and account director. â¢Â   Track and follow up on closure of Correction Actions (CA) and Preventive Actions (PA) as recommended in the audit reports. â¢Â   Represent the respective cluster in Authority Audit or other audits. â¢Â   Report directly to QA auditor on QC report and audit matters.
About You: â¢Â   Diploma in Facilities Management / Electrical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Building Services or equivalent. â¢Â   2 years relevant experience in Facilities Management or Quality Management. â¢Â   Candidates with ISO Internal Auditor Certification will be preferred. â¢Â   Candidates with Class 3 driving license will be at an advantage.
