Key responsibilities

• Analysis of real estate investment opportunities and pricing potential across European markets, including coordination of inputs from local country teams, for pitching and origination purposes.
• Endâ‘toâ‘end support and project management of crossâ‘border transaction origination, including formal pitching processes and brokered investment transactions (with potential supporting debt mandates).
• Execution support for buyâ‘side and sellâ‘side mandates, including preparation of marketing materials, coordination of due diligence, data room management and negotiation support.
• Execution or oversight (in coordination with local teams) of real estate analysis, financial modelling, return assessment and business case evaluation.
• Active participation in panâ‘European transaction teams and close cooperation with Capital Markets, Capital Sourcing and sector specialists.

Geography & reporting

• Based in Poland, with flexibility to travel to London and other European markets on an adâ‘hoc basis (minimum once, typically twice per month).
• Reporting to Head of Capital Markets I&L EMEA, with dayâ‘toâ‘day functional support from the local Capital Markets team.

Candidate profile

• 3â“4 years of postâ‘graduate experience in real estate, capital markets or financial analysis roles.
• Fluent English is essential (German would be an advantage).
• Strong analytical skills combined with structured, wellâ‘organised working style and ability to think creatively to find solutions.
• Selfâ‘aware, selfâ‘disciplined team player with strong communication skills and an approachable personality.
• Ability to work efficiently under time pressure and tight deadlines.
• Demonstrable use of emerging AI / tech tools to improve speed and quality of delivery will be a strong advantage.
