The Sexual Harassment/Assault Response and Education (SHARE) Title IX & Title VI Office is the University's central resource for preventing and responding to discrimination and harassment on the basis of sex, race, color, and national origin. The Case Management and Compliance Analyst will be part of Stanford's Sexual Harassment/Assault Response and Education (SHARE) Title IX & Title VI Office.
Job Purpose
The Title IX & Title VI Case Management and Compliance Analyst coordinates and documents Title IX and Title VI reports, cases, resolutions, communications, and data and supports compliance through accurate tracking and analysis. This position plays a critical role in report response and case management workflows and contributes to broader efforts that promote equity and institutional compliance.
Responsibilities
Receive, review, assess, assign, and track reports of alleged Title IX and Title VI misconduct
Send Title IX and Title VI outreach to affected individuals
Connect students, faculty, staff, postdocs, visitors and third parties to campus and community resources and support
Gather, manage, and maintain sensitive data including reports, complaints, resolutions, outcomes, appeals, supportive and interim measures, remedies, education/outreach, and training
Serve as a point of contact and maintain regular communication with reporting parties, other parties, witnesses, hearing officers, appeal officers, the university's Clery Act Compliance Coordinator, and campus partners as appropriate
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with federal regulations, and institutional policies
Monitor case timelines and deadlines to support regulatory compliance and ensure that case-related activity is accurately and comprehensively documented in Maxient case management syste
Create dashboards, statistical summaries, data visualizations, process mapping, and custom reports to promote accountability, track trends and progress, and for education purposes
Prepare Title IX and Title VI Annual Reports for public distribution to promote institutional transparency and to meet University compliance obligations
Support responses to record requests, audits, complaints, and data requests in collaboration with legal counsel and compliance leadership
Identify and implement opportunities to improve case management processes, workflows, operating procedures, and data categorization
Evaluate and recommend compliance tools, including but not limited to transcription software, reporting tools, collaboration platforms, data collection and analysis tools, and barrier analysis tools to meet state and federal regulations
Engage in regular and ongoing training on Maxient and other case management systems, including new implementations and updates, data entry standards, and provide recommendations to the office as appropriate
Create and curate accessible strategic communications, reports, websites, and other internal and external communications related to Title IX and Title VI
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Required Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree and two (2) years of direct experience or four (4) years of relevant experience required.
A minimum of five (5) years relevant experience strongly preferred.
Experience working in higher education strongly preferred.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Demonstrated experience with statistical analysis, trend identification, data visualization and dashboarding;

Excellent attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to protect and maintain the security of confidential and sensitive information;

Working Conditions:
Although generally this position is active during regular business hours, occasional evenings are required, and the position requires being willing to check email and respond to urgent questions in evenings and on weekends.

The expected pay range for this position is $100,023 to $124,516 per annum.
