RESPONSIBILITIES

• Diagnose and treat dental pulp and periapical conditions
• Perform root canal therapy, retreatments, and endodontic surgeries (e.g., apicoectomies), including permanent back molar endo.
• Evaluate patient histories, radiographs, and clinical findings to develop treatment plans
• Provide emergency care for dental pain and trauma
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
• Collaborate with referring dentists to ensure continuity of care
• Educate patients on treatment options, procedures, and aftercare
• Ability and willingness to treat ability to treat a full range of patients, primary and permanent teeth, up to all ages.

REQUIREMENTS

• You are a licensed Endodontist with a passion for providing excellent care to your patients.
• Have a strong work ethic and a positive attitude, and you enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• You work well with the other members of your surgical team, and you desire to contribute to a strong culture where the entire team works together for the good of each patient.
• Partner with the surgical team to provide safe, quality care for each patient
• Treat approximately 7 - 10 pediatric patients in a typical OR day

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experienced and comfortable working with pediatric patients
• Appropriate state license and completion of an accredited Endodontic residency
• BLS certification
• AHA or equivalent PALS certification required within 6 months of start date
• National Board certification strongly preferred
• Comfort practicing in a wide range of anesthesia staffing models ranging from classic Anesthesia Care Team model to independent practice
