The incumbent must have strong financial and operational analytical skills, along with proficiency in enterprise data management and cross-functional collaboration. This role requires advanced expertise in Oracle Cloud, Oracle ERP/EPM/PBCS/SmartView, Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW), Power BI, and Strata to streamline financial processes and ensure data accuracy in reporting and analysis. A solid understanding of financial techniques such as cash flow and depreciation forecasting and net present value calculations is essential. Key responsibilities include delivering data-driven insights, developing financial reports, and building dashboards that enhance visibility into performance metrics across the UC Irvine academic health system.

Must demonstrate customer service skills appropriate to the job
Minimum 3 years' experience working in contracting for a health plan, medical group or hospital, or an equivalent combination of work experience performing high level data analysis
Experience in contract modeling and/or reimbursement modeling
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Healthcare Management or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Ability to maintain a work pace appropriate to the workload
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships across the Health System
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience working in an academic medical setting
Knowledge of University and medical center organizations, policies, procedures and forms
