Major Responsibilities: â¢Ensure the firefighting equipment and surrounding area is clean. â¢Raising requests if any new administrative support & equipment / machinery is required â¢Ensure the checks as per check list are being carried out. â¢Ensure the system is healthy and in auto. â¢Ensuring team management & perform as the TL for the respective fire officers. â¢Ensure all the preventive maintenance activities are carried out. â¢In case of any major problem must inform the maintenance manager, property managers and the client. â¢All requirements for consumables and spares should be indented on time. â¢Must ensure all the compliance documents are available at the site. â¢The necessary contact details are available and updated time to time. â¢The fire officer to prepare the training plan and conduct training as scheduled. â¢The fire officer to prepare the fire warden list and updated time to time. â¢To monitor the operation of firefighting system i.e., hydrant system and. sprinkler system. â¢Must maintain the daily log as per the log sheet and checklist. â¢Must ensure the cleanliness of the equipment. â¢Must ensure the cleanliness of the surrounding area and the cleaning this area to be done in his presence. He must take care of the safety of equipment and personnel Qualification â¢Diploma/Degree - Fire & Safety Work Experience â¢Minimum Experience â“ 5 Years Compensation: Commensurate with market
