Seeking Outpatient Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician in Beautiful Southern California, Riverside CA
We are seeking a Full-time Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Infectious Diseases Physician to join a well-established, multi-specialty medical group serving the vibrant and rapidly expanding community of Temescal Valley, CA. This role offers a partnership tract as well as an excellent work life balance. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive medical care to a diverse patient population, focusing on treatment of management of complex infectious diseases including HIV/AIDS, Hepatitis B and C, Osteomyelitis, Endocarditis and Multidrug-resistant infections. Quick Facts
Employment Type: Full-Time Associate
Schedule / Hours: Monday Through Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm (36 clinical hours per week)
Call: Hospital Consults (as agreed)
Patient Volume: 18 - 22 patients daily
Location: Temescal Valley CA
Practice Setting: Multi-specialty
Support / Care Team: Dedicated MA or LVN Support
EMR / Technology: EPIC
Responsibilities
Inpatient infectious disease consultations
Outpatient management of complex infectious conditions including:
HIV/AIDS
Hepatitis B and C
Osteomyelitis
Endocarditis
Multidrug-resistant infections
Oversight of outpatient parenteral antimicrobial therapy (OPAT)
Participation in infection control and antimicrobial stewardship initiatives
Collaboration with hospitalists, intensivists, surgeons, and primary care physicians
Optional involvement in quality improvement and program development.
Collaborate with physicians, APPs, and support staff

Board Certified / Board Eligible in Infectious Diseases
Active or eligible California license
