Job Description:

• Provides constructive feedback and instruction to staff to enhance productivity and service quality. 
• Collaborates with healthcare team members to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Assesses, develops, implements, and evaluates comprehensive care plans with a multidisciplinary team in collaboration with patients and families.
• Conducts thorough assessments of patients' goals, as well as biophysical, psychosocial, environmental, and discharge planning needs using hospital resources.
• Acts as a liaison to post-hospital care providers and community health resources.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Skill and proficiency in applying highly technical principles, concepts, and techniques which are central to the nursing profession. [Required]
• Accurate typing skills. [Required]
• Must be able to communicate effectively. [Required]
• Medical terminology. [Preferred]

Education:
• Associate's of Nursing [Required]
• Bachelor's of Nursing[Preferred]

Field of Study:
• N/A

Work Experience:
• 1+ year of relevant experience in past three (3) years [Required]
• In specialty areas, at least six months of experience in field [Preferred]

Additional Information:

Licenses and Certifications:
• Registered Nurse (RN) [Required]
• Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) [Required]
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support Cert (ACLS) [Required]
