Position Details

• Part-time: 2 days per week to start
• Opportunity to grow to 2.5–3 days per week as patient demand increases
• Strong support team and established patient base
• Collaborative, multi-specialty environment

Compensation

• $1,700 per diem or 30% of collections (negotiable)
• Partnership opportunity available after the first year

• D.D.S. or D.M.D. degree from an accredited dental school.
• Successful completion of a pediatric dentistry residency program.
• Valid license to practice dentistry in the state of Texas.
• Current malpractice insurance coverage.
• Proficiency in providing dental care to children with varying levels of dental anxiety and special needs.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with young patients and their parents or guardians.
• A passion for pediatric dentistry and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.
• Sedation level 3-4 license
• PALS
